It may seem like an unnecessary expense and many school districts make it seem like everyone is on the same side and following the rules. It turns out that many districts themselves do not know nor follow the proper protocols to best service a child with the appropriate and necessary education. Legal Action

When you feel that your child is not offered free and appropriate public education (FAPE) , taking legal action is the next step.
